The Martinez pan is made of high-quality 18/10 stainless steel, which resists oxidation, does not deform during long-term use, and is easy to clean. The pot has convenient riveted handles that do not heat up during cooking. The thickened bottom with an aluminium core and a copper insert provides optimal, even heating. Thanks to the heat retention effect, the food is cooked after removing the pan from the stove. The carefully fitted lid also reliably retains heat.
