Delivery & Shipping

Green Shop Online ships Australia-wide with flat-rate shipping and free delivery on orders over $149. Foldable and collapsible baths ship free to all Australian states - no minimum order required. Orders are dispatched daily from our Keilor Park warehouse in Victoria.

Free shipping on orders over $149 (excludes bulky items)

Baths & bulky items

Foldable and collapsible baths ship free Australia-wide via Direct Freight Express.
Selected large or commercial items may have custom freight rates calculated at checkout.

Dispatch & delivery times

Orders placed before 10am on a business day are typically dispatched the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays). All orders are shipped daily at 11am AEST.

VIC, ACT: 2–4 business days
NSW, QLD, SA: 3–6 business days
TAS: 4–7 business days
WA, NT: 8–14 business days

Tracking your order

Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. For Australia Post deliveries, the AusPost app is the easiest way to track in real time. Bath orders via Direct Freight Express include their own tracking link.

Missed deliveries

If Australia Post is unable to deliver, a card will be left advising where to collect your parcel from the nearest post office. Check your tracking email first - your parcel may already be waiting before the card arrives.

Returned to sender

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or an unclaimed package, a $15 redelivery fee applies to resend it. Contact us as soon as you notice a delivery issue - the sooner we know, the more likely we can intercept it before it comes back.

Local pickup

Warehouse pickup is available at 50 Concorde Drive, Keilor Park VIC 3042 by arrangement. Email info@greenshoponline.com.au or call (03) 9087 1233 to organise a time before coming in.
